Employees are the most important asset in an organization. When an organization has highly committed and dedicated employees, it enables the organization to achieve the goals or objectives that have been outlined and in turn lead to organizational excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

High commitment from employees can be enhanced by the quality of service, excellent work culture and exposure of an individual’s work ethic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Human resource management plays a very important role in motivating employees towards achieving the goals or objectives of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Employee commitment is very important to ensure that an organization achieves its goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accordingly, in order to give a good commitment, the employee should know the correct and appropriate strategies and actions in planning an action plan to give full commitment in the given task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the productivity of an organization will decline if the employee’s commitment to his job is disrupted when an individual is not satisfied with his job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are two aspects that can show the commitment of employees to the organization in which they work, namely loyalty and involvement (David, 2010).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Loyalty means a feeling of love for the organization and a desire to remain part of the organization. Involvement, on the other hand, works hard without coercion for the sake of an organization to achieve the goals it wants to achieve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The quality of service plays an important role in ensuring that an organization is able to compete and maintain excellent performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is because good service quality is one of the competitive strategies that can improve the performance of working individuals as well as improve organizational performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quality work that becomes a collaborative practice when strengthened with clear systems, processes, procedures and rules will form a good quality of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizational achievement is influenced by the work ethic practiced by its employees. If an individual’s work ethic is good, there are less problems that arise in the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also shows the higher the quality of service, excellent work culture environment and this will further increase employee commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The process of improvement is ongoing and never ending. By gradually making small changes to increase your workflow and productivity, you will reduce risk and achieve more in the long run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Increased success requires more change and thus, involves higher costs and greater risk. They also tend to be more time consuming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, continuous improvement, on the other hand, allows you to constantly improve your practice and achieve more efficient and accurate results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
