kerana ekosistem sesebuah organisasi sentiasa mengadaptasi perubahan sama ada secara langsung atau tidak langsung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secara umum, perubahan boleh ditafsirkan sebagai suatu pergerakan, perpindahan atau peralihan kepada suatu keadaan yang berbeza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sehubungan itu, transformasi dan revolusi juga mengimbas takrifan yang sama dengan perubahan tetapi mencakupi bidang yang lebih meluas seperti perubahan teknologi, industri dan sebagainya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oleh itu, perubahan dan transformasi dikaitkan sebagai satu aturan dalam organisasi dan merupakan komponen yang paling membudayakan nilai Baik Hati dan Prihatin yang digariskan di bawah Enam Nilai Bersama Pelan Transformasi <\/em>Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Sarawak<br>\u00a0<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada dasarnya, transformasi, penghijrahan, peralihan atau perubahan memberi maksud yang sama iaitu melakukan anjakan daripada satu keadaan kepada satu keadaan yang lebih baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semua perubahan sama ada berjaya atau tidak, dalam kebanyakan kes melibatkan pembinaan budaya pembelajaran yang baharu malah pembelajaran kendiri individu atau pasukan boleh membantu kepada penemuan atau inovasi yang dapat memperbaiki mutu kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai contoh, Khidmat Sokongan Pekerja (KSP) dengan kerjasama Kelab Kakitangan Jabatan Ketua Menteri telah mengadakan program memberi sumbangan berbentuk barangan asas persekolahan kepada anak-anak warga kerja di Wisma Bapa Malaysia (WBM) yang masih belajar di peringkat sekolah rendah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, KSP di Jabatan Ketua Menteri (JKM) juga turut mengadakan program memberi sumbangan sempena sambutan Tahun Baharu Cina kepada kakitangan-kakitangan Jabatan Ketua Menteri berbangsa Cina yang layak untuk menerima sumbangan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program seumpama ini adalah salah satu daripada inisiatif KSP bagi membudayakan nilai Baik Hati dan Prihatin seperti yang digariskan di bawah Pelan Transformasi SCS 10-20 (Nilai Bersama).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matlamat program tersebut adalah untuk mengubah satu budaya kerja berdasarkan nilai dan norma yang lama kepada satu budaya kerja yang baharu dan inilah yang disebutkan
