They are honing skills that employers say are increasingly scarce: the ability to plan, manage logistics, communicate with stakeholders, and remain steady in decision-making under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Sarawak, volunteerism is quietly bridging the gap between enthusiasm and workplace readiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With youth unemployment still persistently high across Malaysia and many young people lacking stable work, volunteering offers a practical route to developing the soft and organisational skills that make a r\u00e9sum\u00e9 stand out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
