style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jantung dan otot merupakan organ paling penting dalam badan manusia yang berfungsi secara tersendiri untuk meningkatkan sistem kesihatan badan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oleh itu, bagi memastikan kedua-dua organ berkenaan sentiasa berada pada tahap terbaik, seseorang individu perlu menjaga dan mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat termasuk bersenam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menurut Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO), individu yang tidak aktif di negara-negara berpendapatan tinggi mencatatkan peratusan sebanyak 26 peratus bagi lelaki dan 35 peratus bagi wanita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Statistik daripada WHO juga menunjukkan 81 peratus remaja berusia di antara 11 hingga 17 tahun tidak mengamalkan gaya hidup aktif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manakala kajian oleh Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) 2017 pula mendapati kehidupan tidak aktif boleh meningkatkan risiko tujuh jenis penyakit, iaitu peningkatan 19 peratus risiko penyakit kencing manis, 16 peratus kanser usus, 16 peratus risiko kanser Rahim, 14 peratus risiko dementia (nyanyuk), 11 peratus penyakit jantung dan 10 peratus angin ahmar (strok).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berdasarkan statistik tersebut, WHO menasihatkan individu dewasa 18 tahun ke atas perlu bersenam sekurang-kurangnya 15 minit seminggu dengan intensiti sederhana atau 75 minit seminggu dengan intensiti berat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ia boleh dilakukan dengan senaman intensiti sederhana selama 30 minit seperti berjalan pantas atau berbasikal untuk lima hari seminggu atau melakukan senaman intensiti berat seperti berlari atau senaman interval tiga kali seminggu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selain itu, bersenam dua kali seminggu seperti tekan tubi atau senaman mencangkung boleh dilakukan pada kelapangan masa bagi menguatkan otot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senaman intensiti sederhana dan intensiti berat telah terbukti memberi kesan positif kepada jantung selain dapat melancarkan perederan darah dari jantung ke seluruh badan, mengurangkan tekanan darah dan menguatkan otot jantung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senaman dapat mengurangkan 21 peratus risiko mendapat penyakit jantung bagi lelaki, wanita sebanyak 29 peratus serta mengurangkan kadar kematian sebanyak 25 peratus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senaman juga terbukti mampu menghasilkan pelbagai hormon baik untuk kesihatan seperti hormon endorphin yang dikaitkan dengan perasaan gembira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Endorphin adalah hormon semula jadi daripada badan yang mempunyai struktur yang sama dengan morphine, iaitu ubat penahan sakit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Endorphin dirembeskan secara semula jadi oleh badan melalui senaman yang boleh mencegah kemurungan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kajian-kajian lain melaporkan endorphin juga dapat meningkatkan hormon serotonin dan dopamin, iaitu hormon yang mengawal perasaan gembira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kajian pada 2011 mendapati senaman dapat mengurangkan penyakit strok sebanyak 27 peratus dan pengurangan 15 peratus risiko individu yang hanya bersenam sekali atau dua kali seminggu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senaman dapat meningkatkan keberkesanan hormon insulin pada otot, mengurangkan penyakit kencing manis jenis kedua disebabkan peningkatan resistan badan terhadap insulin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senaman yang baik adalah senaman yang dapat meningkatkan kadar degupan jantung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bagi individu dewasa sihat, senaman dengan intensiti sederhana diukur dengan peningkatan kadar degupan jantung ke 130 hingga 140 degupan seminit dan senaman berintensiti tinggi dikira sekiranya kadar degupan jantung melebihi 140 degupan seminit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berlari-lari anak juga dapat meningkatkan degupan jantung untuk mereka yang tidak biasa dengan senaman.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebagai permulaan, senaman ringan seperti berjalan atau berbasikal boleh dilakukan terlebih dahulu diikuti dengan berlari, berjoging, berenang dan sebagainya jika sudah biasa bersenam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Semakin lama dan semakin kerap individu bersenam, badan akan mengadaptasi pertambahan laktik asid lebih baik dan memproses laktik asid terhasil dengan lebih efektif.<\/p>\n<div
