Snek seperti kerepek, keropok mahupun gula-gula yang dimakan tanpa berfikir panjang boleh menambahkan kalori. Oleh itu, berhati-hati apabila mengambil makanan ringan tanpa anda sedari.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Minum air yang cukup<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Minum air yang cukup dengan kadar lapan hingga 10 gelas sehari boleh mengelakkan kekeringan ataupun dehidrasi. Makan buah-buahan yang mengandungi banyak air dan menyihatkan amat digalakkan.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Melakukan senaman ringan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berjalan merupakan salah satu senaman ringan yang boleh dilakukan ketika bekerja. Misalnya, anda boleh meletakkan kenderaan pada jarak yang sedikit jauh dari lokasi pejabat ataupun menggunakan tangga berbanding dengan menggunakan lif. Berjalan boleh menyegarkan badan dan meredakan tekanan setelah duduk terlalu lama.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Menjaga saiz hidangan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menjaga saiz hidangan adalah salah satu amalan diet sihat selain mengambil makanan yang menyihatkan. Apa jua jenis makanan akan memberi kesan yang tidak baik jika diambil secara berlebihan.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Awasi Sindrom Tekanan Tengkuk atau TNS (<em>Tension Neck Syndrome<\/em>)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tekanan pada tengkuk berlaku apabila leher dan bahagian atas bahu berada dalam satu posisi yang kekal untuk tempoh yang lama. Pastikan bahagian-bahagian tersebut tidak berada dalam satu posisi untuk tempoh yang lama.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Menjarakkan mata dengan skrin komputer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mata anda boleh rasa tidak selesa apabila menghadap komputer untuk tempoh yang lama dan boleh menyebabkan sakit kepala, sukar fokus, seterusnya menjadi lebih sensitif pada cahaya. Jagalah jarak mata anda dengan skrin komputer.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Bercuti <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bercuti atau bersiar-siar membantu melegakan fikiran, mengurangkan tekanan di tempat kerja dan menyegarkan semula tenaga anda. Kajian membuktikan tekanan atau perasaan tertekan boleh menyebabkan penurunan sistem imun tubuh badan serta menjejaskan kesihatan.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Elakkan daripada melakukan kerja secara berterusan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuba elakkan diri anda daripada bekerja terlalu lama secara berterusan sehingga mengabaikan kesihatan tubuh badan tanpa melakukan aktiviti sukan. Terlebih bekerja mendatangkan kesan buruk kepada kesihatan fizikal dan mental.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Menjaga kebersihan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peralatan pejabat seperti komputer, tetikus dan telefon merupakan antara peralatan yang sering disentuh dan akan menyebabkan kuman terkumpul. Peralatan ini perlulah sentiasa dibersihkan dengan menggunakan semburan antikuman.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"10\">\n<li><strong> Tingkatkan kesedaran terhadap kesihatan <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seseorang individu perlu mengenal pasti kemampuan tubuh badan dan mental untuk mengelakkan daripada risiko menghidap penyakit.
