We are now living in an era of information boom that is fuelled by technology.<\/p>\n

In this era, information is at our fingertips and it comes in various formats. As a result of development in information and communications technology, it becomes available very quickly.<\/p>\n

For that, we are able to obtain countless of news and information easily, to a point where we end up being flooded by them.<\/p>\n

This will be the time when we become overwhelmed by them. In fact, it is difficult for us to filter and digest them properly, especially when there are information that are inaccurate or untrue.<\/p>\n

This becomes complex when we depend on social media for news and information.<\/p>\n

While it is easily accessible and frequently used, social media is neither the only channel, nor the best channel to gain news and information.<\/p>\n

This is because with today\u2019s widespread social network advancement, some users have the desire to be the \u2018first\u2019 to spread the latest news and information as soon as possible, without checking their authenticity.<\/p>\n

Thus, we must make the effort\u00a0to obtain quality and useful information to ensure that we make proper and well-informed decisions in our work and life.<\/p>\n
