{"id":9263,"date":"2020-04-10T08:37:19","date_gmt":"2020-04-10T08:37:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rakansarawak.com\/webv\/?p=9256"},"modified":"2020-04-10T08:37:19","modified_gmt":"2020-04-10T08:37:19","slug":"menjaga-kesihatan-mental-ketika-berdepan-krisis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v3\/2020\/04\/10\/menjaga-kesihatan-mental-ketika-berdepan-krisis\/","title":{"rendered":"Menjaga Kesihatan Mental Ketika Berdepan Krisis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost\/rakansarawak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/art-76-01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9257\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/rakansarawak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/art-76-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"373\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tatkala mematuhi Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan bagi membantu mencegah penyebaran pandemik Penyakit Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), mungkin ada di antara kita yang mengalami tekanan, merasa takut dan bimbang kerana terkurung dalam rumah atau mendengar terlalu banyak berita berkaitan COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dalam berdepan krisis seperti pandemic COVID-19 yang kita hadapi sekarang, pengalaman sedemikian bukanlah sesuatu yang luar biasa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Oleh itu, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) menasihati orang ramai untuk mengutamakan kesihatan mental mereka dalam situasi yang mencabar ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Agensi kesihatan awam <em>Public Health England<\/em> di United Kingdom telah menggariskan 14 panduan berguna bagi membantu orang ramai bertenang dan berfikiran positif semasa pandemik ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Berikut adalah panduan-panduan yang telah digariskan:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Pertimbangkan cara untuk berhubung dengan orang lain<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mengekalkan hubungan dengan orang yang disayangi adalah penting demi kesejahteraan mental anda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Jika anda tinggal bersendirian, hubungi keluarga dan rakan anda melalui telefon, panggilan video atau media sosial dan bukan bertemu secara bersemuka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Bercakap tentang kebimbangan anda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Memandangkan situasi sekarang adalah masa yang sukar bagi semua orang, berkongsi perasaan anda serta apa yang anda lakukan untuk menangani masalah anda dengan keluarga dan rakan anda juga boleh membantu meredakan kebimbangan mereka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sebagai alternatif, anda boleh menghubungi talian bantuan psikologi yang ditawarkan oleh kerajaan atau badan bukan kerajaan seperti Befrienders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Jaga kesejahteraan fizikal anda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kesihatan fizikal boleh memberi kesan kepada kesejahteraan mental anda. Ambil makanan berkhasiat, minum air secukupnya serta bersenam di dalam rumah dan jauhkan diri daripada rokok, minuman beralkohol dan dadah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Jaga waktu tidur anda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kesihatan mental juga bergantung pada kualiti tidur anda. Kekalkan corak tidur yang konsisten dan amalkan amalan tidur yang baik seperti mengelakkan skrin alat-alat peranti seperti telefon pintar dan komputer sebelum tidur, mengurangkan pengambilan kafein dan mewujudkan persekitaran tidur yang tenang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Mengurus maklumat media <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mengambil tahu perkembangan terkini berkaitan COVID-19 secara 24 jam boleh meletihkan. Sebaiknya, hadkan masa yang anda gunakan untuk mendapatkan liputan media mengenai pandemik ini, terutama melalui media sosial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Dapatkan fakta sebenar<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kumpulkan maklumat berkualiti melalui sumber yang boleh dipercayai. Cara ini akan membantu anda menentukan risiko pada diri anda atau orang lain daripada dijangkiti COVID-19 dengan tepat supaya anda boleh mengambil langkah berjaga-jaga yang munasabah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Melakukan perkara yang anda gemari<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tenangkan diri anda daripada kebimbangan atau kesunyian dengan memberi fokus pada hobi anda, belajar sesuatu yang baharu atau sekadar mengambil masa untuk berehat dan fokus pada keadaan anda sekarang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Jika aktiviti-aktiviti yang anda gemari sering kali dilakukan di luar rumah, cari cara untuk menyesuaikan diri ketika duduk di rumah.
