The primary responsibilities of JKR Betong include the operation and maintenance of public property within the Betong Division and the implementation of development projects. Thus, JKR Betong consistently improves the technique and methods in constructing projects.

Public Works Department Betong Division’s core duty is to carry out development projects as well as the operation and maintenance of government assets within the Betong Division. Thus, the organization implemented various initiatives to improve the civil services delivery.
