SPANS at 60: Upholding Trust and Responsibility
Pursuant to Article 36(1) of the aforementioned constitution, SPANS as an independent body is entrusted with appointing, confirming, emplacing permanent or pensionable posts, promoting, transferring, and exercising disciplinary control over members of the Sarawak civil service.
