kerja merujuk pada anjakan dari norma, amalan ataupun etika kerja lama dan tradisional ke norma, amalan dan etika kerja baharu yang dikehendaki berdasarkan pada nilai-nilai yang dikongsikan bersama oleh para pekerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inilah yang ditakrifkan oleh Unit Sumber Manusia Sarawak (SHRU), Jabatan Ketua Menteri dalam kit panduan Mengurus Perubahan Budaya (2015) Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Sarawak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manakala Mengurus Perubahan Budaya pula merujuk pada pembudayaan enam Nilai Bersama dalam Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Sarawak yang merangkumi Integriti, Baik Hati, Profesionalisme, Sikap Kesegeraan dan Semangat Sepunya, Semangat Berpasukan dan Berorientasikan Hasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam mengurus perubahan budaya di peringkat individu, Rangka Kerja CEB (<em>Cognitive, Emotive<\/em> dan <em>Behavioural<\/em>) yang dibangunkan berdasarkan teori perubahan yang diperkenalkan oleh Kurt Lewin diguna pakai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CEB merupakan rangka kerja berstruktur yang membolehkan agensi menempatkan program latihan dan pembangunan kepada penjawat awam berdasarkan turutan peringkat yang telah ditentukan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rangka kerja CEB yang diguna pakai dalam mengurus perubahan budaya perkhidmatan awam negeri mempunyai empat peringkat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peringkat pertama yang berinisiatifkan kesedaran memfokuskan pada aspek kognitif (proses mental untuk mentafsir, mempelajari dan memahami sesuatu) dengan impak strategik yang akan mewujudkan kesedaran terhadap kepentingan dan kesegeraan untuk mengadaptasi Enam Nilai Bersama sebagai budaya kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peringkat kedua menggunakan inisiatif intervensi yang fokus pada aspek emosi bagi mengembangkan dorongan dalam diri individu untuk mengamalkan Enam Nilai Bersama sebagai nilai-nilai budaya profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peringkat ketiga melibatkan inisiatif pembudayaan yang fokus pada tingkah laku yang akan membolehkan individu untuk menginternalisasi serta membudayakan Enam Nilai Bersama dalam tugas harian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manakala peringkat keempat pula melibatkan penilaian ketiga-tiga fokus dari peringkat pertama hingga ke peringkat ketiga bagi mengakses peratusan perubahan budaya individu setelah melengkapkan ketiga-tiga inisiatif daripada tiga perinngkat tersebut.<\/p>\n<div style='text-align:center' class='yasr-auto-insert-visitor'><!--Yasr Visitor Votes
