Pelanggan setia terus kembali, malah berpotensi untuk membeli produk baharu. Jadi, syarikat tidak perlu mengeluarkan kos yang banyak sebagaimana kos untuk menarik pelanggan baharu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Melihat Semula Proses dalam Mengurangkan Kecacatan dan Kelemahan Produk Serta Pemulangan Produk. <\/strong>Pemulangan produk adalah tanda pelanggan tidak berpuas hati. Bukan itu saja, pelanggan pasti inginkan wang mereka dikembalikan dan hal ini amat mendukacitakan kedua-dua pihak. Oleh yang demikian, proses mengurangkan kecacatan dan kelemahansupaya tidak berulang perlu dilihat semula. Ini penting dalam meningkatkan dan mengembalikan keyakinan pelanggan, seterusnya dapat menikmati keuntungan yang sepatutnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Memberikan Nilai.<\/strong> Sesebuah organisasi berasaskan keuntungan boleh meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan memberikan sesuatu yang bernilai kepada pelanggan. Nilai di sini merujuk pada produk atau perkhidmatan yang mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan pelanggan dan sesuatu yang mereka sanggup bayar. Jika pelanggan dapat menikmati nilai tersebut, mereka pasti akan kembali semula untuk mendapatkan produk dan perkhidmatan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buah Mulut Orang Ramai Dan Lahirnya Pelanggan Baru. <\/strong>Pelanggan yang berpuas hati cenderung untuk berkongsi rasa gembira mereka kepada umum, seolah-olah mereka melakukan pemasaran percuma untuk sesebuah syarikat. Melalui pengalaman mereka sahaja akan mampu membuatkan lebih ramai pelanggan baharu yang muncul untuk mendapatkan produk atau perkhidmatan.
