Perkhidmatan Didorong Oleh Ekspektasi Pelanggan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Terdapat dua kategori pelanggan iaitu pelanggan dalaman (<em>internal<\/em>) yang merupakan individu atau organisasi yang menerima produk atau menggunakan perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan dan pelanggan luaran (<em>external<\/em>) yang merupakan individu atau organisasi luar yang menerima produk atau menggunakan perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kejayaan sesebuah organisasi biasanya terletak pada penyampaian perkhidmatan yang dapat memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contohnya mempunyai kakitangan yang mesra, berpengetahuan dan terlatih; respons yang positif terhadap pertanyaan dan permintaan pelanggan; sikap \u2018boleh\u2019 dan bukan \u2018tidak boleh\u2019; penilaian berkala terhadap perkhidmatan yang diberikan; dan boleh menerima kritikan yang membina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antara faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kualiti perkhidmatan pelanggan pula ialah, mempunyai kefahaman terhadap kehendak dan pengharapan pelanggan serta kemampuan dalam mereka bentuk produk dan perkhidmatan yang dikehendaki atau diharapkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, kemampuan dalam memberikan perkhidmatan, menguruskan kualiti input, proses dan output dalam reka bentuk, pengeluaran, penyampaian produk dan perkhidmatan juga antara faktor penting yang dapat memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam pada itu, strategi yang biasa digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualiti kerja serta perkhidmatan ialah, cuba memahami kehendak dan ekspektasi pelanggan kemudian, menetapkan piawai perkhidmatan atau produk yang dapat memenuhi kehendak dan ekspektasi mereka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seterusnya, proses kerja dan perkhidmatan perlu dirangka bagi mencapai piawai yang telah ditetapkan kemudian, memberi rangsangan dan latihan berterusan kepada pengurus dan pelaksanan produk atau perkhidmatan, memantau, menilai serta membuat pembaikan secara berterusan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sesebuah organisasi harus memberi penekanan terhadap perkhidmatan kepada pelanggan seperti keperluan memberi layanan mesra dan adil kepada pelanggan, pengurangan karenah birokrasi dan penyediaan perkhidmatan 630w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption>Untuk memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan yang semakin meningkat dan pelbagai, perkhidmatan awam perlu memastikan kecekapan pegawai diletak di aras yang lebih tinggi<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam sesebuah organisasi, ketua jabatan hendaklah memberi penekanan terhadap perkhidmatan yang berkualiti kepada pelanggan, mewujdukan pejabat perkhidmatan pelanggan dan memperluaskan penyebaran dan penyampaian kemudahan perkhidmatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketua jabatan juga digalakkan untuk menyediakan kemudahan-kemudahan seperti telefon awam untuk kegunaan orang ramai, alat siar raya, cafeteria, galeri untuk mempamerkan aktiviti jabatan dan kemudahan sukan serta riadah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada dasarnya, ketua jabatan hendaklah menggubal piagam pelanggan jabatan berdasarkan penyampaian perkhidmatan atau produk kepada pelanggan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piagam pelanggan tersebut hendaklah digubal mengikut standard kualiti yang memenuhi kemahuan dan citarasa pelanggan malah ia hendaklah jelas, senang disebarkan, kebolehpercayaan, praktikal, khusus dan boleh ditambahbaik.<\/p>\n<div style='text-align:center'
