{"id":11361,"date":"2021-02-24T19:09:58","date_gmt":"2021-02-24T11:09:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v3\/?p=11361"},"modified":"2021-02-24T19:57:23","modified_gmt":"2021-02-24T11:57:23","slug":"penyampaian-perkhidmatan-melalui-penggunaan-media-sosial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v4\/2021\/02\/24\/penyampaian-perkhidmatan-melalui-penggunaan-media-sosial\/","title":{"rendered":"Penyampaian Perkhidmatan Melalui Penggunaan Media Sosial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Penggunaan Media Sosial dan Laman Sesawang Baharu JBALB<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam inisiatif pendigitalan, pembangunan imej korporat melalui media digital amat dititikberatkan oleh pihak JBALB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semenjak tahun 2018, JBALB telah melancarkan profil media sosial tersendiri di laman Facebook, Twitter dan Instagram di bawah nama \u201cJBALB Sarawak\u201d. Selain jumlah pengikut yang meningkat saban hari, jumlah \u201cengagement\u201d daripada pelayar Facebook juga sangat tinggi di laman Facebook JBALB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malah, tidak dinafikan khidmat pelanggan dan penyampaian perkhidmatan JBALB banyak dapat diperbaiki melalui penggunaan media sosial. Tidak dinafikan bahawa kewujudan media digital ini telah meningkatkan imej JBALB di mata masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, JBALB dengan kerjasama pihak Unit Pemodenan Perkhidmatan Negeri (UPPN) telah membangunkan laman sesawang baharu dengan antaramuka yang lebih segar dan mengujakan. Laman web baharu ini mempunyai UI\/UX yang telah ditambah baik dengan reka bentuk yang lebih menarik dan kemas seperti galeri berita, foto, acara dan maklumat yang telah ditambahbaikkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pendigitalan Khidmat Pelanggan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Khidmat pelanggan juga diberi penekanan yang serius dalam inisiatif pendigitalan JBALB. Pada awal penubuhannya, JBALB tidak mempunyai standard piawaian yang khusus dalam mengendalikan khidmat pelanggan secara efisien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/JBALB-Pic12.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11366\" width=\"418\" height=\"313\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/JBALB-Pic12.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/JBALB-Pic12-600x449.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/JBALB-Pic12-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/JBALB-Pic12-768x575.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/JBALB-Pic12-150x112.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/JBALB-Pic12-696x521.jpg 696w, https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/JBALB-Pic12-561x420.jpg 561w, https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/JBALB-Pic12-80x60.jpg 80w, https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v4\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/JBALB-Pic12-265x198.jpg 265w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 418px) 100vw, 418px\" \/><figcaption>Kemudahan khidmat pelanggan yang mempunyai bilik khas \u201cCall Centre\u201d di JBALB Command Centre<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam kerangka pendigitalan JBALB, dengan kerjasama UPPN, kerajaan Sarawak telah membangunkan aplikasi SWUSS (<em>Sarawak Water Utilities Services System<\/em>) di mana pegawai khidmat pelanggan tidak perlu lagi memantau perkhidmatan yang diberikan kepada pengguna dengan menggunakan fail fizikal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aplikasi tersebut dibangunkan untuk 14 jenis perkhidmatan, termasuk khidmat pemasangan meter baru, pemotongan meter, penyambungan semula dan sebagainya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, pegawai&nbsp; khidmat pelanggan juga tidak perlu lagi menukar log masuk aplikasi sebaliknya semakan jumlah tunggakan serta pengeluaran bil biru boleh dilakukan dengan lebih mudah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SWUSS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bagi memantapkan lagi sistem khidmat pelanggan, Pihak JBALB juga telah mengeluarkan prosedur operasi standard (SOP) bagi khidmat pelanggan. Selain itu, pengguna juga boleh menyemak dan membayar bil melalui kiosk Sarawak Service yang disediakan di Aiman Mall Samarahan, Merdeka Plaza Kuching, Hotel Sri Simanggang dan sebagainya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bagi kesinambungan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang efisien dan cekap, JBALB juga akan melancarkan talian \u201chotline\u201d sendiri menjelang pertengahan tahun 2021.
