size=2><BR>Beliau berkata demikian ketika merasmikan Pelancaran Projek Kecemerlangan Organisasi Sektor Awam dan <I>CoP<\/I> (<I>Community of Practices<\/I>) untuk Sektor Awam baru-baru ini. <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV align=justify><FONT face=&quot;Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif&quot; size=2><BR>Kerajaan negeri, menurutnya sentiasa menyokong setiap usaha ke arah pembangunan kualiti di sektor awam yang beliau disifatkan mampu meningkatkan keyakinan pelanggan termasuk sektor swasta dalam usaha bersama pembangunan negara.<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV align=justify><FONT face=&quot;Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif&quot; size=2><BR>Ia turut penting dalam menjamin kelancaran dan keberkesanan pelaksanaan dasar dan strategi pembangunan negara, jelasnya.<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV align=justify><FONT face=&quot;Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif&quot; size=2><BR>Bagi memastikan kejayaannya di peringkat jabatan dan agensi kerajaan, beberapa aspek perlu dinilai dan diambil perhatian. <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV align=justify><FONT face=&quot;Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif&quot; size=2><BR>Menurutnya, peningkatan kualiti yang menyeluruh bukan secara luaran sahaja, malah turut bermula di pejabat dari peringkat pengurusan hinggalah pekerja.<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV align=justify><FONT face=&quot;Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif&quot; size=2><BR>Malah jelasnya, sikap prihatin terhadap pelanggan dan kesediaan untuk sentiasa mencari jalan bagi memenuhi kehendak pelanggan merupakan elemen penting dalam usaha menyediakan perkhidmatan yang berkualiti.<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV align=justify><FONT face=&quot;Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif&quot; size=2><BR>Beliau mengesa semua jabatan di sektor awam perlu bersungguh-sungguh dan terus berusaha meningkatkan lagi kecekapan sistem penyampaian dan perkhidmatan mereka melalui pelbagai inisiatif yang telah diperkenalkan kerajaan antaranya, Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti Menyeluruh (<I>TQM<\/I>), pelaksanaan sistem pengurusan kualiti berdasarkan MS ISO 9001:2000, Petunjuk Prestasi Utama (KPI), Piagam pelanggan, Penandaarasan (<I>Benchmark<\/I>), Kumpulan Meningkatkan Mutu Kerja (KMK), Manual Prosedur Kerja, Fail Meja, Penggunaan Teknologi Maklumat dan Komunikasi (<I>ICT<\/I>) dan sebagainya.<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV align=justify><FONT face=&quot;Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif&quot; size=2><BR>Berkaitan usaha terkini Perbadanan Produktiviti National (<I>NPC<\/I>), Projek Kecemerlangan Organisasi Sektor Awam dan <I>CoP<\/I> (<I>Community of Practices<\/I>), beliau berkata ia adalah tepat pada waktunya dalam usaha menjadikan sektor awam di Sarawak sebagai antara agensi kerajaan yang cemerlang di Malaysia serta merealisasikan perkhidmatan awam Malaysia keseluruhannya ke tahap &quot;kelas dunia&quot; akan menjadi kenyataan.<BR>Beliau berharap kerjasama terkini dengan <I>NPC<\/I> berkongsi kepakaran tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan sepenuhnya oleh sektor awam di negeri ini. <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV align=justify><FONT face=&quot;Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif&quot; size=2><BR>Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan (MBKS) antara organisasi yang terpilih dalam Projek Pembangunan Model Kecemerlangan Organisasi Sektor Awam\u201d. <\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV align=justify><FONT face=&quot;Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif&quot; size=2><BR>Manakala 5 (lima) organisasi yang terlibat dalam <I>Community of Practices<\/I> (<I>CoP<\/I>) Sektor Awam Negeri Sarawak\u201d ialah Perbendaharaan Negeri Sarawak, Lembaga Air Kuching, Pejabat Residen Kuching, Dewan Bandar Raya Kuching Utara (DBKU) dan Majlis Perbandaran Padawan (MPP).<\/FONT><\/DIV><br \/>\n<DIV align=justify><FONT face=&quot;Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif&quot;
