I\u2019ve
\nalways viewed freedom in two different but interrelated ways. One is the idea
\nof \u201cfreedom from\u201d, and the other is the concept of \u201cfreedom to\u201d. The first idea
\nrefers to being free from anything that shackles or binds us, such as political
\noppression or domination. The second idea refers to being free to develop our
\npotential, which is in effect, the fruits of having the first type of freedom,
\ni.e. freedom from oppression. People won\u2019t have any genuine freedom unless
\nthese two types of freedom exist.<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n
