Prestasi Utama (KPI) Dalam Konteks Kerjaya"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\"><a>Indeks Prestasi Utama atau KPI <\/a><em>(Key Performance Indicator)<\/em> merupakan satu kaedah yang digunakan untuk menilai keberkesanan individu ataupun organisasi dalam mencapai matlamat tertentu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam konteks kerjaya, KPI mengukur kejayaan pelaksanaan tugas mahupun projek serta membantu dalam menilai kemajuan, seterusnya memudahkan majikan menentukan apakah tindakan yang perlu diambil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objektif utama KPI adalah untuk menyediakan rangka kerja yang dapat mengukur kejayaan di samping membantu mengenal pasti bidang yang perlu ditambah baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui KPI, organisasi dapat menilai prestasi semasa dan membuat keputusan yang lebih baik selain dapat memastikan semua kakitangan bekerja ke arah yang sama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KPI berperanan penting dalam memastikan kejayaan sesebuah organisasi dalam aspek pengukuran pencapaian matlamat, pemantauan prestasi secara berterusan serta peningkatan kecekapan dan produktiviti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KPI juga penting untuk dilaksanakan kerana mampu mendorong motivasi pekerja, membantu dalam membuat keputusan serta mewujudkan budaya kerja yang progresif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walau bagaimanapun, setiap industri dan organisasi sama ada sektor kerajaan mahupun swasta menggunakan &nbsp;&nbsp; KPI yang berbeza untuk mengukur prestasi kerja dan keberkesanan operasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oleh itu, pengukuran KPI bergantung pada pelbagai bidang seperti jualan dan kewangan, pemasaran digital, teknologi maklumat (IT), perkhidmatan pelanggan, logistik, pendidikan, sumber manusia dan pengurusan kakitangan dan sebagainya.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img sama<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Mengambil contoh KPI sumber manusia dan pengurusan kakitangan, prestasi boleh diukur melalui:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kadar ketidakhadiran:<\/strong> Kekerapan pekerja tidak hadir bekerja tanpa sebab yang munasabah boleh memberi kesan kepada produktiviti organisasi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Waktu kerja lebih masa:<\/strong> Menilai jumlah jam kerja tambahan untuk mengukur risiko keletihan dan produktiviti pekerja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kos pengambilan pekerja:<\/strong> Jumlah wang yang dibelanjakan oleh organisasi untuk mencari dan merekrut pekerja baharu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kepuasan pekerja:<\/strong> Ukuran kepuasan pekerja berdasarkan tinjauan atau maklum balas mencerminkan kesejahteraan dan motivasi pekerja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kadar pusing ganti pekerja:<\/strong> Kekerapan pekerja meninggalkan syarikat dan perlu digantikan dengan pekerja baharu mencerminkan kestabilan tenaga kerja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Secara dasarnya, penilaian prestasi mengukur keupayaan pekerja untuk memenuhi standard pekerjaan yang ditetapkan secara sistematik dengan tujuan utama adalah memastikan prestasi kerja selaras dengan matlamat organisasi yang kemudiannya akan menyokong pertumbuhan dan kejayaan keseluruhan organisasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prestasi yang dinilai penting bagi menggalakkan latihan, memberikan maklum balas yang berguna dan pada masa yang sama menawarkan langkah-langkah khusus bagi membantu pekerja meningkatkan prestasi kerja masing-masing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prestasi kerja dapat dinilai melalui aspek-aspek penting yang berkaitan dengan tugas dan tanggungjawab khusus seseorang pekerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contoh mudah yang boleh diambil adalah ketepatan masa pelaksanaan tugas atau projek yang menjadi elemen penilaian yang kritikal bagi seseorang Pengurus Projek kerana ia menunjukkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengurus dan menyiapkan projek dengan cekap pada waktu yang ditetapkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspek-aspek relevan lain yang berkaitan dengan tanggungjawab pekerja yang boleh dinilai antaranya adalah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kehadiran:<\/strong> Hadir di tempat kerja dan menepati masa mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Produktiviti:<\/strong> Jumlah output yang dihasilkan dalam tempoh tertentu mencerminkan kecekapan pekerja dan organisasi secara keseluruhan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kualiti kerja:<\/strong> Hasil kerja mengikut standard yang ditetapkan termasuk ketelitian dan ketepatan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Komunikasi:<\/strong> Keupayaan berkongsi maklumat, mendengar dan bertindak balas dengan berkesan di tempat kerja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inisiatif:<\/strong> Melibatkan kesediaan untuk mengambil tindakan proaktif dan membuat keputusan tanpa menunggu arahan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kerja berpasukan:<\/strong> Keupayaan untuk bekerjasama secara berkesan dan menyumbang secara positif kepada pasukan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Penyelesaian masalah:<\/strong> Keupayaan mengenal pasti dan menganalisis isu dan menyediakan penyelesaian yang praktikal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Menerusi penilaian prestasi, majikan dapat mengoptimumkan potensi setiap pekerja yang boleh membantu mencapai kecemerlangan kerjaya dalam organisasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KPI yang dirangka dengan baik dapat memupuk budaya kerja yang progresif serta membantu organisasi mencapai matlamat strategik dengan lebih efisien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun begitu, selain pekerja perlu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kemahiran yang relevan, komunikasi yang berkesan juga memainkan peranan penting dalam memastikan KPI dapat dicapai serta memastikan KPI diselaraskan dengan objektif organisasi dan digunakan secara konsisten bagi membolehkan prestasi dapat dijejak dan dibuat
