dan kekal aktif bagi mencegah obesiti<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obesiti bermaksud pengumpulan lemak yang tidak normal atau berlebihan yang akhirnya akan menyebabkan risiko terhadap gangguan kesihatan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oleh kerana itu, setiap individu perlu mengawal obesiti kerana ia boleh mengancam nyawa atau berdepan dengan penyakit kritikal seperti kardiovaskular, kencing manis, tekanan darah tinggi, angin ahmar, hati berlemak, sirosis, kanser payudara, rahim dan kolon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obesiti mempengaruhi kualiti hidup disebabkan perubahan fizikal berat dan saiz badan membuatkan seseorang sukar bernafas, tidur berdengkur, tidur apnea (mati dalam tidur), keletihan dan arthritis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terdapat banyak faktor yang boleh menyumbang kepada masalah obesiti antaranya pengambilan makanan secara berlebihan serta pengambilan diet yang tinggi kandungan lemak dan gula.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Merujuk Tinjauan Kebangsaan Kesihatan dan Morbiditi (NHMS) 2019, majoriti orang dewasa Malaysia tidak mengambil jumlah buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran yang disyorkan untuk setiap hari iaitu 94.9 peratus berbanding 94 petatus pada tahun 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selain itu, amalan makan sepanjang masa sehingga tengah malam juga antara penyumbang utama pertambahan berat badan dalam kalangan generasi muda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senario tidak sihat ini menyebabkan individu berdepan masalah berat badan sekaligus mengundang pelbagai penyakit kronik seperti diabetes dan kardiovaskular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selain itu, ketidakaktifan secara fizikal atau kurangnya melakukan aktiviti-aktiviti senaman dan fizikal dalam kalangan orang dewasa juga menjadi punca berat badan berlebihan dan obesiti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mengikut Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO), tidak aktif secara fizikal antara punca utama penyakit tidak berjangkit (NCD) seperti diabetes, hipertensi, penyakit kardiovaskular dan beberapa jenis kanser dan akhirnya boleh menyebabkan kematian.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amalan aktiviti fizikal adalah signifikan dengan faedah kepada kesihatan dan menyumbang kepada pencegahan penyakit tidak berjangkit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tidak dinafikan bahawa obesiti membawa implikasi yang buruk kepada kesihatan dan ianya boleh meningkatkan seseorang itu berisiko untuk mendapat penyakit-penyakit meliputi hampir seluruh sistem badan.<\/p>\n<p
