style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antara kaedah terbaik untuk mengatasi masalah kanak-kanak obes ialah mengekalkan berat badan sepanjang tumbesaran (berat kekal semasa tinggi sedang bertambah) bertujuan untuk memperbaiki semula kesihatan mereka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selain itu, masalah kesihatan berkaitan dengan kanak-kanak obes boleh dikurangkan dengan mengamalkan tabiat makan yang baik dan kerap melakukan senaman.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kanak-kanak obes harus melakukan kegiatan fizikal sekurang-kurangnya satu jam setiap hari kerana ia sangat berkesan untuk mengawal berat badan dan mengurangkan risiko penyakit, di samping meningkatkan kekuatan otot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kanak-kanak obes digalakkan untuk terlibat dalam pelbagai aktiviti fizikal yang menyenorokkan seperti senaman berpasukan, berenang, yoga, berbasikal, menari, atau berjalan-jalan pada waktu petang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senaman yang dilakukan tidak semestinya terlalu berat atau terlalu memenatkan kerana senaman yang baik adalah aktiviti yang melibatkan pergerakan sendi dan penggunaan otot bertujuan untuk menggalakkan pembinaan otot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dalam pada itu, sokongan ibu bapa terhadap aktiviti anak-anak mereka juga sangat penting dan setiap aktiviti yang dirancang perlulah sesuai dengan minat dan keupayaan fizikal kanak-kanak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ibu bapa harus menghadkan aktiviti sedentari seperti menonton televisyen, tengok wayang, permainan video, aktiviti komputer dan sebagainya tidak termasuk aktiviti ulangkaji dan membuat kerja sekolah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Galakkan kanak-kanak makan lima (5) hidangan yang terdiri daripada sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan segar seperti tembikai, belimbing dan limau setiap hari.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jika dapat, hiaskan pinggan anak-anak dengan pelbagai warna menggunakan sayuran dan buah-buahan seperti tomato, brokoli, jagung, karot, ubi kentang dan kacang hijau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kanak-kanak obes juga harus makan mengikut masa yang ditetapkan iaitu sarapan pagi, makan tengah hari dan makan malam kerana tanpa sarapan pagi, kanak-kanak akan berasa terlalu lapar sehingga menyebabkan mereka mengambil makanan secara berlebihan.<\/p>\n<div style='text-align:center'
