{"id":2890,"date":"2020-09-28T20:21:21","date_gmt":"2020-09-28T12:21:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/faradalemedia.com\/?p=2890"},"modified":"2020-09-28T20:21:21","modified_gmt":"2020-09-28T12:21:21","slug":"penilaian-prestasi-asas-dalam-mengukur-prestasi-pekerja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rakansarawak.com\/v4\/2020\/09\/28\/penilaian-prestasi-asas-dalam-mengukur-prestasi-pekerja\/","title":{"rendered":"Penilaian Prestasi, Asas Dalam Mengukur Prestasi Pekerja"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/faradalemedia.com\/v2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Art-490-01.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2891\" src=\"http:\/\/faradalemedia.com\/v2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Art-490-01-640x619.jpg\" alt=\"Art-490-01\" \/><\/a><em>Perubahan gelagat atau hasil pencapaian antara elemen yang diukur dalam menilai prestasi<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sejak sekian lama, para penyelidik dalam bidang pengurusan sumber manusia dan psikologi perindustrian organisasi telah menggunakan pendekatan penilaian prestasi sebagai kayu ukur dalam pengurusan prestasi pekerja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pengurusan prestasi merujuk kepada bagaimana sesebuah organisasi memanfaatkan aset seperti manusia, kewangan dan teknologi untuk pencapaian matlamat jangka pendek dan jangka panjang organisasi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oleh itu, penilaian prestasi akan dibuat secara sistematik terhadap kemampuan pekerja untuk mencapai standard pekerjaan yang telah ditetapkan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lazimnya, pada awal tahun pekerja akan diminta untuk membuat sasaran kerja tahunan masing-masing atau ditetapkan oleh penyelia masing-masing tentang sasaran yang perlu mereka capai pada tahun tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pada pertengahan atau akhir tahun, penilaian akan dilakukan untuk melihat sama ada mereka mencapai matlamat yang telah ditetapkan atau sebaliknya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebelum penilaian prestasi dibuat ke atas pekerja-pekerja, beberapa persoalan perlu dijawab antaranya kesan ke atas pekerja dan organisasi;
