Motivation plays an important role in a healthy employee relationship.<\/p>\n

When organisation prioritize recognition, there\u2019s a lot of opportunity for the organisation build employee engagement and get workers excited about their contributions.<\/p>\n

Recognition is also an effective communication technique. By recognising people, we are sending to the workers a powerful message.<\/p>\n

It also helps to maintain a friendly relationship between the employer and the employee. Employers need to mindful of the fact that the cost of appreciation can be next to nothing when compared to the benefits that the organisation enjoys because of well-motivated, recognised workers.<\/p>\n
