memberi dorongon kepada pekerja untuk berusaha; mengukuhkan hubungan pengurus dengan pekerja;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mengatasi masalah pekerja; menetapkan jangkaan prestasi baharu terhadap pekerja untuk meningkatkan prestasi mereka;
