Dalam tempoh 10 tahun, JKR Sarawak telah melalui beberapa penstrukturan organisasi di mana telah tertubuhnya lima (5) sektor iaitu Sektor Infrastruktur, Sektor Bangunan dan Pakar, Sektor Pengurusan Aset, Sektor Hal Ehwal Korporat dan Sektor Pengurusan Kualiti yang diketuai oleh empat (4) orang Timbalan Pengarah dan seorang Pengurus Kualiti.
