With a focus on Regional Net Zero and Sustainable Communities, SAREF 3.0 will look to explore how Southeast Asian countries can achieve ambitious net-zero targets through a just and inclusive energy transition centred on people and sustainable communities, driven by renewable energy development and regional interconnections.

In meeting user needs and expectations, the challenge for governments is to balance. Balance on the need of administrative procedures and compliance costs to citizens, businesses, NGOs and public authorities.

Our teaching method should adapt new ways, whereby the teacher is no longer the centre of the classroom, but the facilitator to a wide range of knowledge accessible through the internet.

Digital divide also obvious between communities living in urban areas and those living in rural settlements; between socio-economic groups; between less economically developed countries and more economically developed countries; between the educated and uneducated population.

The basic idea is that mass media and mass communication stimulate and diffuse values and institutions that are favourable to achievement, mobility, innovation and consumption.

Now there has been a growing number of active parties that develop various software, applications, and hardware to facilitate government, business, and social affairs. Each of them wants to highlight their uniqueness and expertise in producing something new and able to generate greater opportunities and profits compared to the old way. This passion has inadvertently created a certain ambiguous space that is exploited by parties or individuals to gain profit for themselves only.
