As Kuching City turns 34, the Sarawak Government continues to undertake initiatives to transform it into a developed, smart city that attracts local and global visitors.

Regata Sarawak bermula 28 Oktober hingga 6 November 2022, iaitu pada hujung minggu terakhir Oktober iaitu 28, 29 dan 30 berlangsungnya Regata Perahu Naga Antarabangsa Sarawak dan Perlumbaan Perahu Regata Sarawak, berlangsung pada hujung minggu pertama November (4 hingga 6 November).

The Darul Hana Housing development will be the first in Sarawak to implement the smart township concept, complete with 5G and high-speed Internet facilities. As the first Smart Township in Sarawak, each home would be equipped with Smart Metering system for their utilities including electricity and water, which is accessible through their smartphones online.
