At the 2024 edition of Sarawak Civil Service One Team Retreat, heads of department of the Sarawak civil service have proposed solutions designed to enhance the way public sector projects are being implemented in Sarawak.

Antara Objektif SCSICA 2024 adalah untuk memberi pengiktirafan dan penghargaan atas penghasilan projek inovasi oleh penjawat awam untuk meningkatkan kecemerlangan penyampaian perkhidmatan.

Inovasi yang diperkenalkan bukan sekadar untuk meningkatkan penyampaian perkhidmatan kepada rakyat, tetapi juga mencerminkan kebijaksanaan dan integriti yang tinggi dalam perkhidmatan awam.

The theme for the 2024 edition of SCSICA and SCSIMon highlights the importance of integrity and innovation as key aspects in service delivery and socio-economic development that need to be incorporated among civil servants in Sarawak.

This annual event celebrates creativity, teamwork, and the dedication to progress that defines Sarawak’s vision.

At the recent INTAN Public Lecture held in conjunction with Sarawak-level Bulan Inovasi this year, STIU Director Tuan Superi bin Awang Said highlighted the unit’s role in inculcating creativity and innovation in the Sarawak civil service.
