Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development (KPWKM), lead the way in empowering all Malaysian women through various initiatives planned and implemented by government agencies.

To boost skills in managing family finances, the department established the Family Du-It programme together with non-governmental organisation Purple Lily Kuching in August 2019. The programme intends to encourage women to make sensible financial plans for themselves and their families.

Quality failure is costly, and the time to recover can be significant. The cost of quality failure can be categorized as internal or external. Internal failure costs are those caused by products or services that do not fulfil requirements established prior to delivery, while external failure costs occur following the delivery of products and services to external customers, which lead to customer dissatisfaction.
